Is this parking sign actually legal? ie parking height restriction?

The paragraph heading (in bold) explains that the restriction applies to the lengths of road specified in Schedules 4f.
The text (not in bold) contains two types of restriction, separated by the word "and" in the fourth line.
It may be formal but it's perfectly good English.
Christ almighty, why can you just not accept that I didn't understand it? I wasn't arguing with them, I wasn't looking for a loophole, I simply didn't understand the way it was laid out.

Because your posts didn't say that. They said you viewed the explanation as vague and contradictory, implying that the explanation you had been given was untrue.

you may have interpreted it as such but I actually said that i felt the answer initially given was vague given i actually asked them initially for specifics inluding a copy of the TRO. They didn't do that so that's what I felt was vague. On the contradiction point, I said that I felt the TRO itself (when they sent it) was contradictory in language and was seeking clarification.
