Informal Rally/Get together Portpatrick 28th June>1st July

Ok I've just spoke with the site manager and managed to get a slight discount, the price now will be £15 a night without EHU and £18 with EHU. Please state what you want when booking so he keeps enough points for us.

They would like a deposit of one nights fee paid with in the week so they can confirm the booking. If you could contact the site directly and mention your with MHF you can also quote my name if they need it Gerry Hughes.

A few Funsters on the Morning thread asked if I could arrange a small get together in Portpatrick in Dumfries and Galloway.

I have spoken to both campsites on the edge of the village and both have a field we can use, the best option is http://www.castlebayholidaypark.co.uk/ who have said they can take up to 20 vans. They have EHU available for a few vans if required. The site is less than 1/2 mile from the village via a coastal path, if anyone can't manage the path you can go via...

When you create an event it auto makes a thread. If you already have a thread running just ask me to merge them which is what I have just done (y)

Steve I've added you to the list as a possible, once you know for sure best to just contact the site and book in. They mentioned they should have space available for a while yet.
How's the Skiing? I was planning on visiting Glencoe Next weekend but they don't have any snow just now.

Tried to book just now, but the storm has taken all the electric down :eek::eek:
so she's asked me to phone back in a couple of days.
I'll be doing fri 28 june to thurs 4th jul, then ferry to Belfast.

Thanks for letting me know, for the period of the meet it should be £15 per night and its booked from Friday through until Monday. Just make sure when you arrive on site you inform them its 3 nights at the lower rate, any issues I'll sort it out for you.
