Ignoring members - please check your settings

So there is no way to find out whose ignore list you might be on?

No, the only way is to look at threads from another account, or when not logged in (but won't see everything) and then see if you can see the posts that when you're logged in you can't.

If we knew who Mrs Shrekfeet was we may be able to check she's not on ignore.

You'll know who she is but I won't say however I can confirm you aren't ignoring her as she can see you!

I do the same to avoid cluttering up my screen with topics that run and run or appear frequently and in which I have no interest.
E.g. 'Ducato air bag problems', 'Wetherspoons', 'Route from A to B?', 'Uprating', 'Inverters', Solar panels', 'Crochet', 'Fitting Lithium', 'Computers', 'SIM cards', Pop stars, T.V. soaps and 'celebrities', quizzes, jokes, gurning grandchildren................much of which turned me off Faecesbook when I dipped into it for a month seven years ago.

As for individuals, for many diverse reasons I choose the company with whom I wish to share my time.

Put dogs and cyclists on there and you would have a full house

There are a few on here and all they ever seem to do is start threads slagging things off - Politicians, shops, banks, the BBC, Civil servants, Transport, Power etc. etc. I can't say I'm not tempted to ignore them, but no one added ... yet!

Would not and never have ignored anyone. May not like or agree with everything I read but that is what Forums are all about in my opinion. If you believe you have been ignored by someone and want to check just log out of your account, and read what thread you may be interested in.

For some reason I can't see any posts from Janine but the silly thing is I can go to her profile and see all her posts there, the only way I knew I couldn't see her posts is when someone replys to her but I have a gap in the thread, I am not ignoring anyone and don't know if she is ignoring me, but think she must be for some reason as I have asked her before but got no reply.

We could do with an option to ignore threads without having to open them. It's very easy to tell from the title what some are about.
It would definitely have been nice to be able to have ignored the 'operation' one this morning without having to open the tread and see that picture

I agree, we did have that facility before when Jim was playing about with the forum a few years ago but unfortunately it was removed, can't remember why but might have been to do with numpty funsters accidentally clicking on them!
