Click on your avatar and you should see a list. One is ignoring. Click on this and it will tell you if you are inadvertently ( or deliberately) ignoring anyone.
Thanks. Tried that and can't see anything, but thanks for the heads up its not me.
Makes a change as I've got fat fingers!

The Old town area in particular is very good.
Been to lots of places and picking the right spot down old town and poniente is as good as any ...pound for pound.

Go 2 miles down the coast..yup, different story

For some reason I am not allowed to ignore the person that is ignoring me. It comes up with some message that they have changed their username. Yet I can see it being linked plainly in other posts. What is happening Jim ?

I thought that...if that person is ignoring you, you wouldn't see that persons posts or "quoted" posts
so trying to ignore them is probably pointless.

Rest of Spain is great but you know what you can do with Benidorm.
I've not risen to the bate on your previous posts, believe me I was tempted. 🤣
But you only spent 4 hrs there. So why keep saying it's rubbish.
In 4 hours you have missed the best parts of benidorm.
There were at least 17 funster vans there this winter. And all had a ball..and no we didn't miss you either Lenny HB

Lots but slow learner.
First time i went to Benidorm was 1969 from the proceeds of getting the lead off a building that was to be demolished in Manchester . Went to scaffold it. Older brother in charge said "right, you you and you on the roof get the lead, you you and you start basing out the scaffold".
Here now after 1,000s of visits since.
Ray's chippy for Friday's tea.

Still learning 😊
You dont have to go far to experience the beauty of Benidorm. The Spanish fiestas with the parades are beautiful with a great sense of how they celebrate their culture. In the Old Town the church and the castle and the lovely tapas bars with the friendly waiters and waitresses. Yes it can be noisy, I think the Spanish tend to talk loud but that is how they are. Not far away is Albia and Altea again beautiful places.

I’ve been extolling the virtues of Benidorm with a Beni thread every time we come Shirl.

I didn’t have the strength or heart to do it this year, but we still had a lovely time.

Let those who decry it carry on. Those who love it will keep coming back, and it’s their company we’ll continue to enjoy on the terraces and in the bars, restaurants and tapas bars we all know about.

Safe trip home girls, and thanks for your company.

A Woosh bang
I'm starting to think some members are employed by the Benidorm Tourist board.. almost evangelical about the place... but as it's so popular and busy there is no need to try and convert me or anyone else ,,.

just enjoy it ..

no need to be "extolling the virtues" ,

we don't all enjoy the same "virtues" of " the bars, restaurants and tapas bars"

So don’t read it then.

I know the ‘virtues’ of a lithium battery, but I’d never read a thread about them.

More likely your unfortunate daughter may have caught some form of water born bug from the spas and not from the food.
Hot tubs etc are a very easy area for the breeding of bugs if not cleaned and operated clinically.
Just saying like.
My daughter was not the one who got ill she was fine all week , it was me who was laid low
