I got string. Used as a washing line amongst other various things. ..slowly getting shorter as time goes on as Terry nabs it for his tripod!

How do you use string as a tripod? Isn't it a bit floppy?

I went into my local hardware shop yesterday and asked for some string.
The assistant said "How long do you want it" ?
I said I wanted to keep it.

If you're off to buy some string don't go with @Ockerron! Guaranteed if you ask for some string and the shopkeeper asks you how long you want it, Ron will reply that he wants to keep it! SO predictable.....
