Your leash keeps you attached to your surfboard,all the time it’s attached to you it’s what will keep you afloat if you see what I mean ,just go out waste high and were there are life guards ,longboards are the easiest to to stand and catch small waves so nice and stable .

I want to learn to surf .....and so does jade

My son surfed for a few years but hasn't done so for a while now & Alan (OH) gave it a go but never got the hang of it hence the 2 boards in the loft along with wet suits, rash vests, boots etc.

If you want to surf and are of an older age then there is only one place to do it, especially in winter and thats Tagazout. Even at over 50 I tried it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Am now thinking of taking up water skiing again at approaching 70.
