Have you selected electric on the other dial?

Good question. Those Truma controls ain't exactly user-friendly. Have I selected gas, low-Amp electric, high-Amp electric, gas + electric ?

If you turn it onto the 11 setting you may find it will work, there are 2 elements in the heater and the 1 element may have failed, I have the same problem on my van.

UPDATE !!

Phew .. Did a dry run on the drive tonight paranoid Ive burnt out the element.

According to manual my Truma Ultrastore will reset after a Temp overload, simply switch of mains spur or hookup for 5min and power back on, which luckily it did just that, hot water after leaving it 30mins.
Only updating this thread for future reference when/if any other members search out this problem.
