Hi very confused as I have been away a lot,
I send a deposit (£10 I think) should I have paid more Or will it be ok to pay on arrival

You may not know this, but there is no big organisation funding this rally. I have to pay all the fees out of my own bank account and currently i am still out of pocket.

Mike, I think I have fully paid up this, but am not 100% sure. Others may be in the same boat. Would it be as well to list those that you think haven't fully paid up so that those in the same boat as me can make sure please?

If it turns out that you are out of pocket then I hope that all the funsters attending would agree to pay a little more to you to make up the shortfall. We certainly would. After all £20 is very cheap for a weekend's fun, being less than many pay for a single night at a CC or commercial site.

I agree with @peterc10, happy to pay more as had a great time last year and the location is so central.

Yes you have paid the initial deposit , but still owe the balance. I will collect it on arrival.

Peter, yes, you are fully paid up.
I tried a while ago putting up a list of who hadnt paid but it made bugger all difference :rolleyes:
If i run this rally again next year (BIG if) i will ask for all the money up front to get on the list. Its just too much hassle otherwise.

Thank you fr the kind offer. Hopefully if everyone turns up who hasnt paid their second payment I will cover the costs and there might be a small charity donation.
If there are many no-shows there will be no charity donation :(
