Good morning all, Jenben I hope you are tucked up safe and sound in Wales. How was the crossing?
We enjoyed a lovely two day catch up with friends, who live in Donegal, what a beautiful county that is. In typical Irish hospitality, we enjoyed some excellent home cooking, a rather boozy night in their pool room and propping up their "Covid" self built bar.
I am afraid I didn't take any photos when we stayed with our friends, which I regret as it really was a stunning part of Ireland.
Yesterday we moved on and stayed the night in a purpose built town centre aire in Portrush, ready to drive to do our first real touristy thing, visit the Giants Causway. After that we intend to move a few miles down the coast to Glenarm for a Marina stop.
Portrush is a nice enough town to visit, but rather touristy. You can get a bus, from right next to the aire, to the Giants Causway though, which makes it very popular with motohomers.

Port Salon in Donegal. There is a rather nice resturant and a golf club, but other than the stunning coastline, not a lot else. Beautiful.
Portrush, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. I managed a swim in the bay but it was a bit of a fight against tide and waves. Almost headbutted a jellyfish, but manged to put on the emergency swim brakes and swerve it.
