Gareth & Phil have fun in Spain 2025.

I note that a food one snuck in the architecture picture dump… 😇

I guess it’s difficult to avoid when you have so many gastronomy pics 🤪

Brilliant photos, must remember not to look at this thread just before we eat.

Just looking at the map and the weather forecast plus the fact we have another month before our ferry home (don't want to start going north too early)
We are thinking of doing a bit of a loop back but staying inland, possibly go to Cordoba today, its another city we have done before and we do enjoy.
I do love a beach with sea views but I think we get more brain engagement when we do towns and city's with history.

Are you in competition with DavidG58 to break the most things on your van.? 🤣

I know where a bit further North, East of Bilbao but we’ve had a week of around 20 degrees might turn and head south though as temperatures dropping and some rain in the way.

My ‘Brrr’ was related to presently.

It also wasn’t when we were there ‘last September’ as in late Sept’24… :roflmto:
We were there a couple of years ago and couldn’t leave the van for 2 days due to wind and torrential rain but 2 days later I got sunburned 😂😂😂

Silves, Lisbon (ops Portugal), Madrid, Salamanca

If you go to cordoba, it's worth visiting the cathedral/mosque/cathedral at night. They selectively light areas before the big reveal. V impressive.
