I know another toilet thread 😁
Were doing a tour of Scotland, presently by loch lomond, all is good sun is shining, beer is going down a treat. The one thing that is spoiling it is the stale funk from the toilet.
Before we left I cleaned it with bathroom cleaner every where, the bowl round the back all the floors, inside where the cartridge lives, then used the shower to throughly rinse it all down.
The funk is back 😤 I'm at a loss what to do or what else to clean next.
All advise and witty comments are welcome 🤣

So can some bio toilet chemical in the grey tank stop that smell? Newby to Moho question
Apparently the Solbio can be used for this too. Never tried it but I'm tempted.
I also use a French bleach tablet in the sink. Pop one in after each tank empty, works a treat and easy to store. For really hot days might even splash out on 2 tablets. I figure it's very dilluted once in the tank so not really worried about corrosion.

Are you sure it is the toilet and not the grey waste smell coming back up the drain ?
A good point RBA. For a short period we had similar. In the end and by accident, I found that the inspection cap to our grey waste tank was slightly loose. Nothing had leaked except the smell (fumes). A quick turn and all was well again.

Members have found that using Bio washing sachets from Aldi or Lidles etc, will neutralise the odours generated in toilet cassettes. The only problem is that there must be no residual chemicals left in the cassette before using them, as they will destroy the Biological action of the little squidgy capsule. After a determined clean the capsule should make the odours acceptable. They are cheap, they work and if needed can be used to wash your clothes
