FTL + Quarantine on return

We're in s similar situation insofar as we have nowhere to quarantine in the UK. We're just sitting it out around mainland Europe hoping that the requirements will have gone away when we want to return in November. I suspect you may be OK by October aswell.

But many of those people were led to believe it was okay to travel to say, France.

Then told they had hours to get home.

not sure where they got that idea from, One might have known there was a possibility it was going to happen as a fluid call about travel was restrictions was made some 3 weeks before it happened. Many decided the risk was too high and cancelled plans but some decided to carry on as normal and it has been unfortunate for many but a personal choice they took. And many are having a terrific time in France and Spain and not too bothered about the Q14.
