Not for me I'm afraid, bad enough trying to work with son regarding property here in uk to try and replicate that with even just 100 all pulling different ways and then working through red tape in French absolute nightmare

If Brexit had not happened and it was still as easy to do things abroad. With the help in the language department of one of our fluent speaking French Funsters I would have definitely been interested in this one with the lake.
Great area of France as it's not too far from Calais. Brits, love to fish, so it's an immediate selling point. I would also use it as a Cycling/Running touring place a training camp for triathletes.

Loads and loads of scope and real cheap.
