They’re building at the back of the farm shop, so much smaller parking area! We’re heading down there tomorrow - we live in Belford!

Overall I think it’s been great value for the money we paid. The lack of licence was down to naivety assuming The Royal Highland Show being a huge event place would’ve had a licence, I’d have thought so too but no so Edinburgh council granted a quick limited licence from 7-9pm hence the pub closing for 9pm. Hopefully JamieT27 will be taking all our feedback onboard and the catalogue of errors will be ironed out next year.

Thanks Sandra. A super value 4 night pitch in Edinburgh. Highlight was the ABBA evening show. For us a chance also to spend some time with our family who live in Edinburgh.

Another thank you from us Sandra irnbru for all your help and info over the weekend. Like others have said it was great value , and allowed us to visit Edinburgh on Friday in what turned out to be a glorious sunny day.
We moved on today to see the Forth bridge, the Kelpies and are now at the Falkirk Wheel car park for the night, which you recommended, and is a great place to stay.
We may venture up next year if you can sort the weather too
