convert latitude and Longitude from Deg/min/sec to decimal

most satnavs and and mapping programs allow you to choose deg/mins/sec or decimal degrees. however should you need a stand alone converter this one works fine

Very odd. I've managed to post one, which has appeared, though I didn't put in a password and I haven't had an email. It must like me for some reason

I've got it sussed I think. My password was blank so could get in without a password, so to avoid identity theft on this I have now put one in.

This is fine but what if you revisit Aire at a later date and would like to say something more?

Amboise re inputed. Still getting the message "webpage says 500" when i try to upload a photo though. I can upload photos to the forum, e mail them or upload to chat. pfffft:Angry: Tried both IE9 and Firefox.

Ken I have no idea why you cannot upload photos, but I have enlisted someone to look into it for me. Meanwhile please continue entering your aires without photos, if you like, post the pic here with the name of the aire and i will upload it it. Sorry, a pain i know but a compromise while I get your problem sorted.

There appears to be some strays as well...Gravelines for example is showing quite a way from where it should be

I know i had a snag putting on in the right place...down to the chair/keyboard interface here though!!

Hi Jim can't see a GPS co-ord's displayed anywhere when I look at the sites, they are when you add a site, but not when you are browsing them.

Apart from the slightly iffy joining procedure its a very nice interface, very easy to enter sites, I like the way it goes to the address, makes pinpointing so much easier, but it needs a sat view. Very easy to browse, and looks good to. Congrats :thumb:

Jim, I have tried to log in with the funsters name that didn't work, so then I tried my hotmail account and found I had three passwords...I tried them all, one after the other...still no joy...what am I doing wrong?? :Sad:

The system is separate at the moment, so you need a new passwrd to use it. All you need do is enter an email and a name. The sytem will send you a new password, then log in:thumb:

It took a few attempts to log-in. But that was probably me being stupid. Every time I tried to publish it just gave me an error. I tried 3 times but it didn't like me so gave up
