Will be asking in a week or so once Grandson has gone back to school and I have put everything away and finished all the laundry, had my hospital appointment and been to see Mum and Dad and sorted as many issues as I can down there!

Hi, sorry I will have to pull out, I'm down as No 32. Had a change of plan.
 
We would like to use this meet as a staging post to go further into Scotland.
Could somebody remind me of the attack dates, and location of the airfields that the squadrons of mossies use please.

There is now a vacancy for a marshal should anyone like to volunteer. A Marshal gets a guaranteed and free place. Duties would only be for a day (two half days probably) and not too onerous we hope!

More midge on the west coast than the east. The season varies from year to year but anytime from May to October you will find a few (especially in calm warm weather after rain).

The worst place for them in my experience was The Ardnamurchan Peninsula.
