For a newbie, could you please clarify the earliest arrival time on the Thursday. The Camperfest website seems to say 5.00pm whereas the form which yoou asked us to complete, indicated no arrivals before 12.00.

If you arrive before noon you will be sent away by the festival security. But at noon you should be OK:thumb:

Jim I know Transit 123 are definately going. I have sent them a number of PM's regarding how to fill in the form. I will PM them again and get their details and fill in the form for them. They are struggling navigating the site.

I would speak to the organisers. A camperfest rally pass will get you into the food festival on all or every one of the days. On the day you may have to pay for each visit. :thumb:
