Hi Chris

That is such a shame, we'll be so sorry not to have you there.

We did have some new members Andrew and Shirley who expressed an interest and Ash was pm'ing them with details on how to pay. Unfortunately they are not on line at the moment but it may be worth sending them a pm to see if they want your place instead. You never know they may come on later or first thing in the morning.:thumb:

Hope to see you at another meet.

Pammy

Hi

Well, the meet is almost upon us and I am overjoyed at the response that it has had. We are so pleased that you have decided to join us to celebrate our birthdays.:thumb:

Can I just ask who can bring gazebo's - we could do with at least 6 (I think) but more would be fantastic and if they have sides to themeven better. (I know I want jam on it as well). :Rofl1: We wil be bringing one gazebo, are there any more?

Also don't forget that we will be doing a charity raffle so all donations will be appreciated as well.:thumb:

See you all very soon. Can't wait.

Pammy

Hi Sue and Pete.

Thanks for the use of your gazebo, that's two. Anybody else help???

We also have a table top patio heater so it looks like we're going to be warm anyway as long as the gazebo's come as well:cry:

raffle

Pammy and I have decided that all money raised for the raffle will be donated to Great Ormand Street Hospital  We will also be doing a blackout sheet at 50p a go and will pay out half the winnings to the winner and half the winnings to charity :thumb::thumb:

Are you collecting items for the raffle / do you need further items?

Olley

We have never tried to barbecue a wheel clamp before but Geo says he's sure he can get some flavour out of it.:Rofl1::Rofl1:

I assume you are offering this for the raffle - in which case, thanks I'm sure it will come in great for someone.:thumb:

Grub? - You don't need to bring anything but if you fancy something special then by all means bring it - thanks Ollie. There is going to be hot dogs, hotpot, faggots, mushy peas, apple crumble with cream and/or custard. :thumb::thumb:
