Good move.... no idea why they have hard standing pitches and they are also over the back
Each hard standing (concrete, a bit of gravel & a small grass area) pitch has it's own water tap & grey waste point so popular with many of their regular guests with caravans & whilst they don't have sea views they are in a quiet area & near one of the toilet & shower blocks & laundry so preferable for some. Most of that type of pitch are smaller than the gravel or grass ones though so not ideal for anyone with a large motorhome (over 7.5m) especially if extra space is needed for a tow car or windbreak enclosure as well as an awning.

Fair comment. Didn’t realise that they were fully serviced

Confirmation received this morning  I have swapped to a gravel pitch.

Based on a very strong recommendation by a returning Funster - you know who you are David? - Booked gravel pitch, small well bahaved pooch and deposit paid.

We will be booking for this one.

Hi Karen & Alan not booked as yet as we’re away at the moment, but I’ll book as soon as I get home

Not going to the meet but just stayed for 3 nights and thought it was a unique and brilliant location.

For anyone that wants to go to the Jurassic Fields Festival :dance2:- the Earlybird weekend tickets have just been released & start at £22.50 for adults over 60 or £35 if younger https://www.tickettailor.com/events/jurassicfieldspaymentsltd/305094# .
Like most festivals the ticket prices will go up nearer to the time so cheapest to buy them now.
Please note that dogs aren't allowed into the Festival next year.
