Probably just crap gas then. Hopefully not blocking your reg. How much is left in your gaslow? Is it worth using that until its gone, minimising the use of Moroccan gas?

No idea if this is relevant but my domestic gas bill always does some complicated calculation to work out the calorific value of the gas supplied, as it alters month to month.

Could it be that your Moroccan gas bottle has a lower calorific value, so you need to turn up your fridge [and burn at a higher rate]?

Well its because I'd want to chose the quickest least painful option .

I'd rather be in bed falling asleep while a paid professional assistant overdosed me on morphine . But I think Switzerland is the only place thst offers that service unless I'm mistaken.

I'm not having issues I'm absolutely fine .

I was just relaying my thoughts on the whole getting old and having health issues in a van etc rather than a house or a care home.

The 2 latter options I could see myself being lonely and isolated . The former I'd only be as isolated as I chose to be.

But I've no desire to be dependent in my old age.

This thread diversion started because the resident nitpicker pulled me up for my indecisiveness about buying land lol.

Actually if you mean me, I didn't start the diversion someone else mentioned buying land and I , having spent my whole life looking after animals just mentioned that it is not a decision to be taken lightly, after being tied to a farm for over thirty years with one week a year off I think I know a bit about being tied to animals and was giving you the benefit of my past experience.
I never mentioned what you should do just a bit of advice, take it or leave it.
And what the thread developed in to was mainly down to yourself on about suicide and stuff, not me.

I wanted to keep that in reserve as I'm not sure yet how long I'm here so rather than chance running out completely I switched to a local bottle for now

We found that the local moroccan bottled gas was slow to gas off in the early mornings as it was cold and. Being mainly butane . Best to put the bottle in the sun if you can to warm it up a little.

In Morocco it is Butane and the bottle can be any colour.

In Morocco the same gas comes in different coloured bottles. I think they use the scrap bottles from Europe lol.

It's a red bottle africagaz that I've bought but it's not propane
