Researching what I can and can't eat but its a minefield!
The best advice I can give you it to learn or relearn what constitutes food, as some people have said the Keto diet is the one to aim for. This book is a good read and will fill in the missing decades of food education you need to not only survive but to think clearly and be healthy.
