Dashcams - Blessing or Curse?

... and if you had video evidence of someone doing it you could send it to the police to get them in trouble. Life really is too short.

I was spotted on cctv once when they were investigating a murder they recognised the dog!!!! Unfortunately I couldnt help just walking past that night (and it was after wine club!!!)

They are very much a curse if you are caught with one driving through Austria.
 
Everyone with a dashcam reporting everything they think is wrong/illegal is another thing.
There isn't and probably never will be, Police resources to review huge numbers. For me it would simply be reporting a near-major incident or someone driving under the influence (something I've done already albeit without dashcam evidence).
