Benimar Mileo 202
My Benimar mileo 202 built on a fiat Ducati 2.3 diesel is in for a new cam belt. I’m guessing the belt cost is about £400. The garage is suggesting it’s a whole days job. Does that sound right??? Pushing the price to over £1000???

Done last week at Geoff Kilbey Commercials in new Milton. 2.3 Ducato - Cam belt, water pump plus FULL service and MOT for £850 inc VAT. They do nearly all the MH's in this area and I have never heard anyone complain about the quality of the work or the pricing.
Is your van manual or auto (comfortmatic) thanks

Don't know if you've had it done yet. Just had new cam belt and water pump, £1100+, seven hours work. I was surprised at the price, but there is a lot of stripping down to do in order to complete the job.

Just had this for 2017 Peugeot Boxer from local Peugeot workshop: "quote for the timing belt inc water pump, aux belt kit inc pulleys plus labour is currently £1350." Am recovering slowly...
I thought the Peugeot boxer was a timing chain (ford puma)?
