Now I'm getting very confused! What is happening everybody seems at odds with each other and I'm not sure if I've filled too many forms in or not enough?! Please let's all not be upset and hope no one leaves or stops posting as the forum would be a sadder place. I know I'm on the wrong thread but not sure where to put this...

Theres no confusion. The list is of people who said they booked.

The form has just been published you only fill it in and "submit" it once. There is no need to confirm that you have done this as Jim will know as when you Submit it goes to him.

Anthea don't worry no one is upset, everything gets sorted, with the Chester thread normally when you book a rally you put your name down a fill in a rally form, because Jim is oh his holidays we did not get the Chester Rally completion form up. So just a bit of confusion you need to fill in the form, put down any name badges you want any name signs for your van, and maybe bacon rolls, any doubts just ask but nothing to worry about.

I have just been in touch with Jim and Chester Camperfest & Food Festival which is held over Easter we can arrive on Thursday afternoon on 24th and stay until Tuesday 11am on 29th March 2016 which covers all a Easter Week End.

Those who have their names down and paid @Techno100 will add you to the list if you have paid but not put on your form that you are with Motorhome Fun please let us know. @Techno100 will add a link to the booking form and details of the Food Festival, there is a discount for anyone booking before Christmas. Any questions just ask.

Confirmation that I have arranged for us to stay until 29th @scottie

Yes, while you'll see on the camperfest site that this is not allowed; every year so far quite a number have stopped on the racecourse till Tuesday morning so it should not be a problem

Jim I spoke to Steve about this and no problem we are ok until 11am on 29th. Though no guarantee of toilets/showers etc on 29th.
