Martin, we are travelling with a full tank.
Apart from a possible foul taste to the water, there is very little access to the water tap at the end of the shower block. :(

We are too although payload may be dodgy?! Snake pass will be interesting as very twisty!! Always carry Yorkshire water for my tea as others make it taste horrible or manky as @funflair says!
 
Don't worry Martin my tank will be full of Yorkshire's best ;) and on this Itineo it's a massive tank so I don't envisage coming close to running out :D

One of my favourite roads. It's got everything, forest, moors, lakes, dams and ice cream. Not been on it this year, yet.

I once hinted at a FUN meet in Castleton but when I quoted the price demanded by the site I was accused of rape and pillage. From memory I think it was £11 a night. I was a member of the gliding club so I know the area from many angles.
 
Brian we've been up to the club a few times to watch the gliding it's a great spot up there.
 
Anyone got the name or postcode of the retail park that's near the racecourse? Cheers

Treat yourself to a trial lesson ( for legal reasons it's a lesson not a flight ) one of the most exciting things you can do. But you should be up there mid winter to know what suffering is. But on a sunny day, a mile above the hills, it really is magnificent.

We have decided not to come to Chester.
I've had a chest infection for a couple of months and although it's improved a lot I think with the weather due to be so wet it could set me back.
Had it just been myself and Nige could have stayed warm in festival and pubs, but with the dogs it's impossible to keep dry and warm 24/7.
Sorry to be missing out and apologies to our quiz team members for letting you down.

Not just any rush hour either... its Bank holiday rush hour so will get early darters finishing at 4pm for easter. Its going to be eek there.

Just waiting for Allan to get home so should get there 7.30 ish depending on traffic!

Can someone who's already arrived let me know what the ground is like please.

I remember some being towed off there last year and it was a better winter than this year. We were ok thank goodness as not sure how they'll cope towing 7.5 tonne!
 
We are at the side of the marquee and the ground is firm, don't know about the rest of the field though

Arrived safely biding are time at the service station with other funsters saw 4 vans! Set off and arrived at 3.45 and there were loads on already!
Met some lovely funsters already and Geoff triclops has helped us with our very curly electric wire! Thanks! Geoff!
