I guess I better be phoning them too. I probably had it delivered to an email address I primarily use for spam so I guess it arrived and got deleted.
 
Had a chat with Jim and beginning to put some ideas together for the marquee .

1, A cheese and wine evening

2, quiz evening

3. coffee morning with Easter Cake competion along with Best/Fun Easter Bonnet.

4, Sales Table & Charity Raffle.

If any one has any suggestions please feel free to let us have them.

We also have quite a few first time ralliers @Steve & Kathryn Vaughan @Anthea M @ToddyTwo @Kybod @alyvin @Joal @trevorf
@awg @emilu @irv636 @XRN @Slawitbob and @Govan66

If I have missed any first time ralliers off please let me know.

It is always useful for any one making cakes or Hats to let us know .

Hi @G T @Zoppydog and @Doobray Welcome to Chester Rally, along with the other first time ralliers I would say the best way to meet your fellow Funsters is to join in with the coffee & cake morning, cheese & wine etc it's a good way to meet. Of course there is never any pressure to join in its always up to you.
Any questions just ask.
 
Carol I don't mind helping out with judging for the cake tasting :)

Don't worry Anthea, that's parr for the course, you will be surprised how many people will get to a rally and say I never knew there was a cheese and wine or a table sale, and you say it was all down on the threads then they say oh we never looked. That is why I always say if you are booked on a rally follow the thread. :)

Thanks Carol I just noticed Sonia a new lady wasn't on the list and may not have known! Look forward to meeting you in Chester! Wellies are packed and always leave suncreme in the van ! Wishful thinking!! :cold::sun:

I have NOT been to the Chester Meet before either but as I understand it from Carol's other half Eddie (the Duke of Cool), anyone not in bed by 23.00 hrs has to go back to their own van...........

........did I get that right Eddie?

Camperfest is an online booking and payment process
On every post I asked people to please fill in the form for the marshals with a link

Holy Moses, that has to be 3-400 yards, I can't walk that far after 2or 3 Babychams, I think the organisers deliberately kept that quiet.... snot-fair.
