We now have 30 confirmed and 6 pending deposits for the meal at Chez Jules, this means that we have ONLY 4 seats left, so if you are "thinking" about joining us let me know ASAP! I have been asked to list who is going for the meal so those that are confirmed (as of 01 March) are listed below.

We are also looking for a couple of volunteers for the weekend:-

A) An additional Marshall for the weekend, needs to be able to arrive on Thursday morning and stay until Tuesday, assist setting up the Marquee and with parking. Then be available at random times to assist with random events during the rest of the weekend (Bright Cheery and outgoing attitude with the hide of a Rhino would help )

B) Check in assistance, as you can imagine, Thursday is very busy with arrivals. We could do with two people that are able to be on site on Thursday morning and spend Thursday afternoon greeting, directing and ensuring new arrivals are spaced according to regulations. (Advantage is that you get pitched up early).
