I have just booked from Thursday. I was heading for the Wyre Piddle meet, but it has sadly been cancelled due to the weather.

I put MHF on the booking so hoping to be able to camp with you guys. Hoping to arrive early afternoon.

Really looking forward to it.

Just a reminder that entry is 2pm earliest. Lots of people turned up earlier last year and the queues took a long time to subside.

After 3pm would be ideal.

We won’t have the big banners and flags up but the security guys should be able to point us out to you.

If you continue straight forward from the access road you will see us alongside the racetrack past the portaloos.

The marshals might be in the pub/in bed by that time so just park on the end of a row leaving a 6 metre gap

Although we are not on the rally I would like to offer a food recommendation which I will be enjoying tonight as we are on roodee car park tonight (risking our leisure battery's giving up in the middle of the night).
Not expensive and one of the best pizzas ever.
I have nothing to do with this business except enjoying the food

Hi Carol, yes the sun is out, its a little breezy but nice and dry , the breeze should help to dry the site further. One van was a bit stuck in a soft patch and was towed into place by a 4wd.Other than that everyone seems to have pulled in ok. Not too busy at the gate end but it's filling up nicely.
