Can I park a Motorhome on my drive?

Before purchasing a motorhome, I have been reviewing the lease agreement for my property. I'm not seeking legal advice, just guidance if you have encountered a similar clause.:

With the object and intent of achieving uniformity of siting design and external appearance on the Estate not to erect or maintain or suffer to be erected or maintained on such part of the Property as is situate between the front and any side building line of the said dwellinghouse and the abutting road or roads any building erection or structure whatsoever whether movable or immovable (other than a porch of and to the said dwellinghouse which shall not protrude more than four feet in front of the said building line) or any gate gatepost wall fence hedge or other partition (particularly not to park any caravan or other house on wheels or movable dwelling or boat either thereon or on the footpath or driveway to the dwellinghouse) and such part of the Property shall at all times during the Term be left open and unbuilt upon and laid out as a garden (but predominantly as a lawn) and kept in a neat and tidy condition and free from...

Does this appear unlikely I can park a motorhome on our drive?

Both are litres per 100km with no option to measure in MPG.
Which makes sense as fuel is sold in £/per litre.

I know my motorhome averages 10L/100km and diesel is around £1.43 per litre.
I've no idea what that is in MPG or the price of fuel per gallon.

10l/100km is 28.5mpg. £1.43/l is £6.50/g (UK). Although I like to calculate using metric units my brain still understands mpg not l/100km. As for price per gallon I wish I hadn’t worked that out.

Yes but the distance marker boards in each direction are in kilometres.

Distance countdown marker boards to junctions in the UK are in yards & distances in miles.
To confuse us simple brits we also have small square marker boards... driver location boards, Blakedales? these are in meters and the tarmac chevrons indicating a driver to keep their distance are 40m apart.

We use miles per hour rather than kilometers an hour. Buy a road atlas in the UK and European distances between junctions are in miles, buy the same road atlas is France for example and the UK ditances between junctions are in kilometers.

I have a conversion table top right of the windscreen to help me over the channel. I wish the moho's had the same 'travel' option that my car has so I can switch betweeen the two and auto alter the headlights. But at least the Transit doesn't need beam deflectors.

For power I can get from Joules to Watts* (1 W=1J/s) but haven't a clue of the conversion factors to get from BTU to horsepower.

Therefore:
100km (62 miles) for £14.30
or
28.5 miles (45.86km) for £6.50

Both equal 23p per mile/14p per km for diesel bought at current supermarket prices.
1,000 miles is £230@£1.43/litre
1,000 km is €140 @€1.43/litre

Which for those heading 1,000 miles south, the cost per mile/km worth remembering for the calculation.
Add 1 litre of Adblu per tank refill (£2-3/litre) and a bridge toll, means an average of around £250/1,000 miles is a good base calculation for a motorhome.

if in doubt plan to put it in storage and keep your neighbours happy.
