easy to use either with their cobblestones or a handful of charcoal. table top safe as no heat radiates from the bottom of the stove.

I'm a big fan of the Cobb too.Bought myself one with all the pan options from my retirement lump sum and cook on it two or three times a week.

do anything you like on this

I think those things were invented by someone who had never had a BBQ before.

It’s got 2 settings - “Burnt to charcoal” or “Raw” because it only has a handful of charcoal lumps that are either on fire (with flames) or ash (burnt out in a few minutes).

As a consequence you either have to flame grill everything within an inch of being charcoal itself or (after the flames have died down) you hoping that the raw meat isn’t going to have you sitting on the loo for the next 3 days.

Ps. I am (although not officially) a professional BBQ’er who will have a BBQ in the rain, the snow, in the middle of a storm - it all just makes it even more interesting ;-)

I cook on Charcoal mainly, but also on a Cobb, a Cadac, and a Weber.

Without doubt Charcoal is the best - but I’m flexible enough to cook with a Cadac when away with the MoHo as it’s easy to use, safer and good in windy / rainy conditions.
