We are currently on a pre-booked pitch at a site which expires at midday. We want to stay till about 4pm and they do a 5hr tariff. Do we just stay put then when we leave it will just charge us the €6 on exit?

I think as you have passed the ‘service’ period you will now be charged a second 24hr charge period if you stay on past your time. I dont think you will get a second service period if you are already on site. Give them a phone and ask. They are very helpful on phone.

Don't know how it works with a booked pitch but usually you just draw on and pay when you exit, no mention of how long you are staying on arrival.

Mmmm that’s interesting as if you just turn up and want to stay 24hrs but pop out within the 5hrs does it charge just the short term price and then you loose your pitch??! I’m sure it will all become more clear as we use it…

Just called them and he says if we leave before 5pm it will just charge to €6, so we’ll see if it works

I would say having an account with money in and booking are both a waste of time .

Ok just to update - we left camping-car park at 15.54 yesterday and at about 16.00 today it charged me €6.
