I got a WhatsApp message late last night saying they are still working on it. Seems like a bit of a mess.

Have tried send emails but they just send a link to their web page to fill out a form. First time I tried this everytime I clicked onto email the form came up and disappeared. Tried again just now and and form came up which I filled in and then submitted but message just stayed there. So don't know if it went or not. Do you know how I can do it via what's app as their phone number in my contacts on phone doesn't show what's app icon.

I'm not at all surprised.

I see they're getting a lot of flack on their Facebook page too from French users.

My iPhone has now settled down and stays English and I can view all options.
I note the same access number coming up, is that unique to me or just an example?
Also, my laptop (Chromebook) is only finding a mobile app and not full screen but same as phone

I'm not at all surprised.

I see they're getting a lot of flack on their Facebook page too from French users.

A quick email (apology?) explaining the situation would go a long way to appeasing customers.

Also I don't got the idea behind the categories ? Heritage, sea, lakes, mountains, surely the area you're looking in is more important than whether they consider it a heritage or near a lake site.
Payment methods also seem to have gone.

Not much use to anyone, however, just to add to the confusion, following logging in and out yesterday, logging back in and everything works perfectly. Full France map, correct language, button for site access code etc

Yeah I have updated it on my galaxy pad and to be honest ,I am not logged on but what there is is working well and the sites come up quick but you can't see where they are without a map.
Surely area is more important than type of site.

Best laid plans, the old version no longer works You must load the new one. It works ok for me except no map, which makes it pretty useless.

After an initial wobble setting up, mine is now working fine and the new access code generator looks like a good option. Regarding maps, they are located top right adjacent to the access code button, folding map icon. See photo below of the page I now get when opening the app.

What are you viewing it on? It looks like it's in landscape format, mine will only display portrait and the folding map is not there.

I just took a screen shot when open on iPad. Holding it in landscape. Here’s a portrait shot, which still shows maps top right.

Out of interest, for those with Apple products, what mapping product do camping-car use within their app?

Just wondered if this could be the reason those of us using Android are currently runners-up wrt. getting the map functionality!

It looks like they use Mapbox.
According to Wikipedia,
Mapbox is an American provider of custom online maps for websites and applications such as Foursquare, Lonely Planet, the Financial Times, The Weather Channel, Instacart, and Strava.

On Apple.
Mostly working ok but still some small faults which I’m sure they’ll sort out.
Defaults back to French but most annoying are the photo ‘swipe’ buttons which don’t seem to swipe but you have to hit with a fat finger.
