Camping-Car Park Site?

The new app is a bit of a dog's dinner. I guess it is being geared up for using the keypad and typing in the number to get access?
 
Just sent them a WhatsApp message saying what rubbish their new app upgrade is.
Don't need catagories of sites, just need a map for god's sake. KISS keep it simple stupid.
Typical French artistic but not practical. Hope they get enough negative response to reinstate the map.
On a positive note the new Access code feature on the home page that replaces the card looks good and simple.

The map button is the icon next to the access button, looks like a folded sheet of paper

There is no map icon on the latest update though.

It seems there’s some inconsistency, using the updated app V 200.0.0 on my IPhone and IPad I can do all I could before including accessing the map, is it other platforms having these issues ?

They're clearly still working to fix issues and improve connection to their backend servers.

I can now login and am getting fewer errors.
But still no map (Android) :(

I've suggested they email a status update so customers know what to expect... 🤷‍♂️

2. If you close the app and reopen it, your language option is lost. It reverts to French even though English is still selected in settings. You have to select another language, let that load and then reselect English.

These are very basic errors that should never have been released. I will be reporting them.....

I just logged in and it shows my balance and past stays and keeps English when I close it.

I bet they're getting some grief, there must be hundreds across Europe trying to plan routes/stays.

Thought this the other day we are at capbreton, but you have to search under soorts-hossegor the local area, with no map the only way to use is to get the name from search for sites, then search under the name, hopefully will be resolved quickly.

Luckily they are all on SFS if you need a map.😁
 
Seems ok on my App and I have just ordered the Privilege pack and paid via the app ok using my account. On Android phone.

What is the version people are having trouble with ?

Well I have just gone back to it and my map has disappeared and I have now got this.:(:(

The app was updated last night to 200.0.1. This fixes the issue of not remembering the language setting when the app is completely closed.

Still can't see a map or my Pack Privilege.

Edit: Pack Privilege is now there on a different line in profile. So that's fix.
 
Mine has completely gone french now , no map , nothing any good.
 
Mine updated this morning and the map is gone but I was able to change the language back to English. I've also sent a WhatsApp to CCP about the lack of map.
 
Updated to 200.0.1 and everything there, map etc, however, despite English being ticked in the box, it is all in French, obvious what it all means, however, annoying.

Update. If I set language to French, change page, change back and set language to English, it updates in English

Same here on iPhone. Had to log back in to start with after updating but it’s all up and running now.

Just updated, remembering English, but still no map.
 
Signed on to my account on my laptop. Got the new website but nowhere to sign on.
My iphone returns in French, some pages slow or reluctant to scroll, Privilege is valid until July but app doesn't show that.
