Can't see much incentive as a cost-saver. Cards are a one-time issue anyway.

And they charge you €5 for them.

On a CCP site in France tonight. The water/toilet disposal bollard has a keypad to make the fresh water work (stops the FLTs blagging free water). I presume that the card or the code will work on there as well.
