Yes some do still excist... but usually at the bottom of a farmers field... and not dug with a shovel, but dug by farmers JCB to a death of 6ft and then filled in..
Other "hole in the ground" reverse to lifting a sewage manhole and dispositing yer jobbys straight into the mains seeage system..
Do not really see an issue with that.. "HOWEVER"...

Yes, I only made a booking a couple of days ago for June 2025, so just cancelled it,got my original deposit back, and rebooked the same with the £5 deposit - better in my bank than theirs!
