Brownhills inability to think straight ...

Why are Brownhills so loathed by a lot of folk?
I assume because of personal experience.....

As I said previously, we have had no issues with Brownhills when buying from them, their part ex offer was 'pants', so we sold privately for £12k more, but that didn't detract from our overall experience which was fine.

I just wouldn't use them again for mechanically related vehicle issues or maintenance.....but would buy from them again if we were looking to change and they had what we wanted at a price that seemed 'correct'. I doubt we will ever look to buy brand new, so the snagging issues are more likely to have been resolved when buying 'pre loved'

Their reputation goes before them Dave, right back as far as 2005.............or further.

Personally, I wouldn't willingly by a pack of fuses from Broonfools. :(

Cheers,

Jock. :(
2001 for me when I bought a Swift Bel Aire, great van but Brownhills were shocking beyond belief. Never been back and never will when told the wrong grey decal would change to blue with UV from the sun.
