When you have Pre-booked with Warners and have filled out Jims attendance form, please post on this thread and you will be added to the list of attendees.

Please note... Pre-booking for this event closes at 10:00am on Monday 27 July 2015.
After this date you can pay at the gate on arrival, but unfortunately you will be pitched up in the General Camping area and not with the Funsters. You are of course welcome to walk over to the Funsters pitch and join in our activities.

Quick question.... Just looking at the booking form now and wondering if most people book the main event on the Saturday night? Or is something organised just for the Funsters ? We came to the show last year but we're too late booking so stayed in local CL but would like to join the rally this time.
 
Anyone comeing to Southport or Stratford who could pull us a printed booking form off please for Malvern . Hubby wont let me pay on line and our printer has decided to thow a stop :( wont let us print any thing of at all :(

Personally we have never booked for the main entertainment, preferring the company in the Funster tent instead. Judging by previous years the Fun tent is full to bursting so I would say most go to the home grown entertainment.

We went on the walk a couple of years ago. It is well worth doing especially if the weather is nice. The views from up there are brilliant.
 
We ha e been to sat evening a couple of times but we dont any more as the standard is so high at the other venues
 
We are booked with Warners, arriving Friday. Will send Jim's form off tomorrow :happy::happy:

Can see from Warners website that 9pm is the latest arrival time - in case we get delayed wondered if anyone has arrived after that time & were they let in?

The Warners marshals shut the gates at 9pm. However there is 24 hour site security, I do not know whether they have a holding area for late arrivals. Alternately you could park up in the Upton on Severn car park where overnighting for motor homes is allowed.

We have posted off our form what will happen to us we haven't heard back yet?
 
If anybody who is booked with Warners for the Fun site and can't make it to the show please let me know and I will buy your ticket off you. We have had to change our travel plans so can now go to Malvern if anybody drops out. Thanks. Derek & Audrey.
 
Unfortunately my sisters form, which I posted sometime ago, didn't arrive with Warners and now she is having to go in the general area. She is down on the Funster list as I completed the form at the same time but can you now remove Bronte. If anyone has to pull out from this meet can you please let me know so that I can attempt to get her in with us.
