Rally [Aug 13, 2015] Malvern Show (Worc's)

Have phoned Warners to see why the tickets not received and that is when we found out that a) form not received and b) MH Fun now full. Neither of us can remember which card was used for the purchase so checking all of our accounts. Not sure when it was posted but was sometime ago. Just her luck!

Have booked with warners for this show, but have not received any confirmation. should i have done... The money has been taken from my bank account, any ideas

Now you have your tickets have you filled the form in for Jim at the beginning of the thread saying if you want badges and bacon rolls, as well as expected time of arrival. If you have done this you are all sorted. :)

Hi Folks,

Unfortunately sue and I won't be able to make the show this year so please take us off the list so someone on the reserve list can take our place. We have show tickets, if anyone is after them please give us a shout

Where does it say that? I just started a booking procedure and it was happily accepting it.

EDIT we have 150 places and nowhere near full yet

EDIT2 I see FUN is no longer on the club list so yes it seems our limit is reached but they are still taking bookings for everywhere else :mad:

Clicked on warners it asked what group I was with and alongside m/home fun it said full, is there a phone number, I'm not very good obviously!

Jim have booked with Warners and MMC because you were full but would like laminated window notice marked arthurbognor Arthur and Marguerite to pick up at rally if possible thanks

We don't know if we can make it yet & the FUN area is full now. We are also RVOC members, so could join them in their area.

Has anyone got the camping area layout plan with their ticket pack? Last year, the two areas were adjacent & the route from the FUN area into the show was through the RVOC area. Does it look the same this year?

RVOC very kindly parked those who were members of both clubs at the end of their area so we were between RVOC & FUN - best of both worlds really!
 
I had a map that came with my tickets
that didnt have mhf on it I took it to mean
they hadn't assigned us a site yet ???.

When you have Pre-booked with Warners and have filled out Jims attendance form, please post on this thread and you will be added to the list of attendees.

Please note... Pre-booking for this event closes at 10:00am on Monday 27 July 2015.
After this date you can pay at the gate on arrival, but unfortunately you will be pitched up in the General Camping area and not with the Funsters. You are of course welcome to walk over to the Funsters pitch and join in our activities.

Please note Bronte is no longer in the Funsters area as Warners Beverly received the posted form.

I see you booked pretty early, so I'm guessing you have had your tickets for quite a while.

Has anyone who received their tickets just recently got a map showing where the two clubs have been put?
 
Yes we did book early we have had our tickets a long time but the map was currant
for this year so I imagine every one has received the same map maybe ring warners for a update but im sure jim will be along with more details before too long.
