Arrival time for Eden Camp Meet

Nikki has been let out early (halved her sentance for good behaviour).

So with "H" finishing school at 3-30 we will be on the road by 4 with Fisah and chips at Malton for tea. :RollEyes:
 
Looking forward to meeting everyone, I "talk" to people on the Forum but have only met a few.

We are quiet and don't like pushing ourselves in but once we get to know you we are OK (I think lol).
 
We should be with you about 5 ish depending on traffic. We are all looking forward to it . :thumb:

passed going west at 2.30pm....no problems

returned at 8.30pm...no problems.

traffic moving freely both ways.

single carriageway (cones and beacons) for the full distance on the dual carriageway to Malton/Edan camp sliproad from the east.

Got me eider down for a night time along with my goose feather mattress and my top to toe wincette, and bringing the bovril for a night time cuppa!
 
For anyone travelling via Middlesbrough. If your sat nav tries to take you down the B1365 between Middlesbrough and Stokesley (as ours does) please be aware that it is a bit narrow with sharp bends in places. OK for a car but could be a bit awkward for a large vehicle. Much easier and hardly any longer to pick up the A172 at Marton and use that road to get to Stokesley.

By contrast, the B1257 between Stokesley and Malton (via Helmsley & Hovingham) shouldn't pose a problem.
 
Seeing as it's a 1940s weekend, Will there be Rationing?

Need to know as Im just off shopping and want to make sure I don't overpsend.

Since I packed in the fags I put 2.5 stones on, so keeping a low profile (hiding from Andrea) is gonna be difficult.
