Thought the Ghost walk was great fun last time we did this, even if it was about -20c and blowing a hoolie. The guide had an excellent sense of humour - especially with those of us dragging our feet.

Anything similar going on this time or have they been done to death now? (pun intended)

Anyone taking their toad on this one, and if so is there somewhere to park it free of charge ? Being disabled it will be easier for me to get in to the city center etc rather than walking from the race course ......

i was born only 12 miles from the race course at Chester, but now only having the one leg its a long trek for me to the city centre, just didnt know if they would allow toad on the grounds Andy....

Hi Andy should not be a problem having you toad with you, we took our car as well last year as did others, at worst it would be parked on the car park near the vans, but we would try and get your as near to your van as possible .

Anyone with a big outfit take care coming in be prepared to stop if you can not get in and go in the other side of the hut which is wider, that said over the years we have had large American RV's just take your time. Anyone worried I will give you my mobile and we will send someone up to the gate to help if you ring just before you get there. Carol

Yes if we get 80 vans booked on they will provide us with a marquee which will be a great help.

This will be our first trip in a while so I've added EHU to the booking (just in case it's a bit cold this year) and the battery will probably need a bit of a charge.
