sorry to say myself and maggie wont be able to make this now after booking and paying,,,BUT our best friend who we let use our van can make it instead,,will he still be able to park with all of you ? and if so could you all make him and his other half welcome , sure all you Funsters will and we hope we can get to another meet very soon,,,,,so disappointed we cant get there, hope you all have a great weekend......If he cant park with you , then i have told him to come and find a great bunch of people anyway......

I'm sure Jim will be along shortly to confirm, but I'm pretty sure that because of the insurance issues you have to be 'signed up' Fun members to attend an organised rally. Couldn't your friend join? It would only be £10 and the benefits of being able to join the rest of us nutters makes that the best value spend of the entire year! AND not having to worry about parking out in the wilderness.........win win!

I take the point about you being paid up members, but you're not going now, are you? And I have to say that I am more than a little surprised that your friends would prefer to camp elsewhere rather than part with a tenner. After all, even for the less well off, £10 these days is very little money indeed, in fact a round of drinks or a fish and chip supper would see it gone and never a backward glance, but your friends feel that it would be too much, even for the Fun and friendship that it would bring, even for a long weekend? Blimey, they'd get their money back in free cake if nothing else, my delicious offerings could easily sell for at least £2.50 a slice!! And as for the wit and talents.....priceless.
