the listing for the 12gb sim card has been removed by eBay .. nor is it on my list of eBay purchases, he has not replied to any emails or given me a refund .. no if's .. he's a fraudster

can you give a link to the purchase you made ?
 
If I go to my buying page and click on this item, I just get a grey page come up with item removed written on it, and just can't get anything else.
Won't go to the item or to any complaints page, nothing.

Presumably that is because you cancelled the purchases.

If I go to my own My eBay page I see the following:

The order details page displays as normal, as does clicking on the recruitment365 link.

I'll see what happens and if I receive nothing by 15 August I'll use the Resolution Centre to reclaim my money.

As GJH has said it's probably because you're had refunds so can't see it now.
 
I get the same info as Graham, and Mel, on my page.

Like others, I 'll just log a dispute if my sims are not here by Mon 15th.

Same as above. Depends which page you look on as to which you get. I was worried as only got the error message but when scrolled down to purchase history all was revealed. Going to wait as well, have 2 on order, as nothing lost by waiting as will still get refund. E bay have certainly improved in the way these "no goods received issues" are sorted.

but I haven't had a refund .. nor as far as I know has @chaser ..

and he hasn't acknowledged the messages..

once bitten, twice shy.. I won't be buying any more sims off eBay ..

i was proper annoyed at you Minxy-since one time you cast doubt that i might be "from the dark side",
Butt- i can see now that you are a persistent lady and seemingly prepared to give everyone a fair crack of the whip.
Soo- i have also to wait to the 15th for delivery -or not.
And in the meantime can i just say that is it not facinating how many of us try to buy at the minimum price,when we can (probably)afford to pay a bit more?
Guilty as charged your Honour- and awaiting sentence!!

eBay/PayPal always gives the seller so long to respond (can't remember what the period is now but it's in the Resolution details). If they don't do so within that period then eBay/PayPal makes the refund and takes it off the seller credit card/bank account (whichever is linked to the eBay/PayPal account). I expect you are still within the first stage.

hya i thought i would give this thread a revivals it has had no response today.... my expected date for delivery or not is the 12 th august... keeping bits crossed

I use ebay a lot, but would not have used this new seller with less than 90% positive feedback

I posted similar on another related thread, these deals are too good to be believed, best you will get is a sim card that doesn't work, at least in some ways you know it wont work because it never even turned up o_O

Does anyone know whether these sims have an activation expiry date.

I know that they will last 12 months once activated but is there a date they must be activated by?

If I bought one now and didn't get round to putting it in a device for say, 3 years should it still work?
