Another batch of cheap 3 broadband sims.

I'm off to read something else.

Oh for goodness sake ... it must be a conspiracy then

short read was it.. or you just couldn't stay away ?

not a conspiracy.. but it could be a scam .. and we have every right to be unhappy about an unexplained 10 day dispatch time .. in my case it's 15days

I placed the order on the 29th July ..Estimated delivery: Mon. 15 Aug... I could crawl to Kent and back in that time..

I think Minxy's in on it
She is certainly well up for defending him over her Bro's and Sisters on here or is she drinking that Devils Advocaat again:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I'm surprised at some of the posts. Does nobody recall seeing terms such as "Allow 28 days for delivery"? We certainly used to have it in our terms when we sold mail order (both through eBay and otherwise).

We always sent things out as soon as possible (and always put a note on our web site when holidays would delay postage) but it covers you for such delays and for delays in the post.

Royal Mail won't entertain a claim for loss/delay until 15 working days after postage so it covers that as well.

Oh for goodness sake ... it must be a conspiracy then ... I bet you believe the moon landing never took place either!!!

If you are both sooooooooo unhappy about the seller, rather than the product, why not complain to Ebay that he's scamming you then!
Don't know why you are getting so uptight about this, when only a fortnight ago you paid £23 for one from somewhere else, why didn't you have one of these.(n)

Whilst snuffling round the rest of the forum I got an alert that I'd received a 'like' on this thread so decided to have a shuftie.

So when you ordered it actually gave you an even longer delivery time but you still bought it ... whether you realised or not you can't blame the seller for that - if it doesn't come by 15 August then you have cause to complain by all means, but now?

At the risk of causing stress to ceratin posters - Can I repeat my earlier question 'has anyone got one of these and made sure it works yet? - it seems a bit too good to be true' - IMHO

NO, it didn't say 17 Aug till after payment :(

Yeah ... of course I am ... I just don't like people being accused of something with no foundation to the charges being levied! If someone hasn't received their sim yet within the date it should have arrived that's fine, but so far, unless I've missed something, I haven't seen that being stated by anyone.

That's my point, we will not know if they are right for a year:(

In which case you could have cancelled the order and been refunded.

Don't know why you think I'm uptight about this ... if they come, they come, if not then I'll just get my money back, no loss to me at all. When I bought the other one these weren't 'for sale' so I obviously couldn't buy one then ... I'm not complaining as £23 for mine is still a lot cheaper than getting it from '3' themselves!

Look, I don't know what you've got on this , I don't want to cancel and I don't want a refund til we find out if it's right or wrong, just expressing an opinion that it doesn't seem right, the old thing is if it seems to good to be true, it useualy is.(y)

This thread reminds me of another one that is currently running(n)

With Paypal there is an option to pay after delivery, paypal pays the vendor immediately but does not debit your account for 14 days, that is the way I pay for items on Ebay and through Paypal. If it is a con then there is no issue as Ebay/Paypal returns the money to you, there is nothing to worry about as you are protected. JMTW (y)

This is how I always purchase my items through ebay but unfortunately, this function had been disabled by the seller.

Either he has the sims or he hasn't .. if he has why not post them.. why the big delay.. ?

his registered office is in Flat 3, 64 Harbour Parade Ramsgate .. the post office is less than 5 min walk away in High street .. so no excuses, if he has them he could post as soon as sold..

But his email address is a recruitment firm in Coventry

I would hazard a guess he's on some sort of pyramid scheme where he buys the sims with the last lot he's sold and hopes someone along the way forgets about their sim not being delivered or doesn't know about getting their money back.

who knows what his game is.. but I've had enough

I have cancelled my order and requested a refund.

What has got into you two? Are you just out to cause mischief? :cautious:

Just because I, and some others, have different views to you and didn't just want to accuse the seller of doing something underhand without evidence to show it to be true, you both have decided to get unpleasant with 'nit-picking' and IMV clever remarks. Maybe the feedback isn't good now, but you didn't know that BEFORE you started making accusations did you ...

I couldn't care less, one way or the other ... no-one knows WHY they haven't been sent out ... so go on, if it makes you happy, give me some more 'flak' ... at least it means you won't be annoying anyone else! :D

Beginning to wonder myself, when i asked where mine was they gave me a refund.

Sims take 3 weeks, refunds 4:doh:

seller still not responded to refund request .. second request sent.

Well his last five feedback are buyers that haven't received a sim , so Jim it looks as if we were right , don't know what the others are thinking now but it looks like a scam, and even the op has had a refund , so what are the other buyers on here doing?
