No always in English, but you can also translate the feedback from whichever language.

Why aucun service and gratuit then?
Because those are fields completed by the user who first lists the park-up. Presumably, Spanish in this case. The App itself is in English, and it takes only one click to translate any non-English reviews into English.

It's our go-to App too. Proved excellent in Scandinavia over the last 3 months - not only for finding free or cheap park-ups, but also for locating the free service points (grey, black and fresh) dotted all over the place in lay-bys, and behind filling stations.

The direct link straight to Google Maps (or other mappings apps) makes it a doddle to navigate to sites too.

Still confirms you are away from home, if you have one, and the crims are targeting you.
I think the lack of a motorhome parked on my driveway is more of a clue to any crims that I've gone away in it!

Luckily, other family live in the house, and the various comings and goings of their cars on and off the drive, plus the fact that lights are on, bins get put outside on bin day etc. should be enough to show the house is occupied.

To be honest, I'm not convinced that the criminal fraternity are major subscribers or even casual readers of MHF! 😀

This is an awesome post making us very envious of where people camping 'last night'. When we are touring we tend to head somewhere where we can 'pitch-up' and settle for a night or two (minimum) with canopy, BBQ, table and chairs out and live outside. The trade off is we usually have to cycle to some of the beautiful locations that have been posted here.

A lot of ours are small free aires, in towns with not much. Perhaps a bar and a boulangerie and that's about it. It's a quiet peaceful way to travel around. We use a combination of P4N, camper contact and the 'All the aires' books.

Forgot to add one from a stop within walking distance of Reims centre. Location details below.

Downside with this one is it's closed when there is a match on. Because it's next to the football stadium.

Luciana, near Ciudad Real, it’s a paid gated Aire with 16 amp hook up, bit like Camping Car Park in France, we are the only ones here, chosen because my lithium was at 41% this morning and my factory fit PV panels are not working (replacement already booked under warranty with Southdowns when we get off the Santander/Portsmouth ferry, 4 hours later & we are back at 100%😎 And yes it’s raining!

Petalidl Peloponnese

Free parking by the beach and harbour, short walk into town. Market day on Fridays. Bin, fresh water but no waste disposal available.

Just adding to Rog’s post - a fantastic little site where you can camp in the olive trees but also there’s loos, showers, washing machine & all services. Plus they sell their olive oil. A new favourite for the route to Morocco.
It’s noted on our list, thanks for highlighting it.
