Well, tonight we are at The Royal Oak at Duddington, just off the A1. Highly recommend for their food and welcome, it’s a Britstop but as ever no one asks! Lovely neighbours, hope for fresh eggs in the morning!

Recommend it Robby, good food, beer, beer garden (weather permitting), dog friendly and pleasant walk around the Canal Locks just at the rear of the pub.

Only 15 mins for us. We went to Southport to begin with but couldn’t park on the prom car park which was full, so rather than go home, went to the ship.
