We're away in 'Tom' for the first time in a long, long time. On Thursday, we arrived at Rochefoucauld (Camping-Car Park site), where we've been before. However, the weather was so bad that we left there yesterday and came to Saint-Medard-de-Guizieres (Camping-Car Park site). It's out first time here and we have a lovely pitch overlooking the river. It seems like a nice site. The toilets and showers are quite dated but they are clean. It's very quiet here, too Hoping to stay for a couple more days, before going back home. I'm actually really enjoying this which, for those who know me, is a HUGE change!! xx

After a mixed weather week at the Le Mans 24 HR race we have followed the sun and headed south east towards Lyon where it is sunny and 30 degrees.

Found a lovely free Aire on the Lac de Villerest/Loire river.

Well, this should be everyone's view if we all parked in the marked bays. However, some entitled Frenchman made his own spot. So pan little to my right and instead of uninterrupted lake views we have.....
