Spent the day building a new arbour, which will eventually have honeysuckle growing up it. It was meant to have a solid bench seat but l wanted to put our old swing one on it so had to do a bit of fiddling to reinforce the bar.
Have hung the seat off a couple of chains so easy to move and set height and hanging nicely on the reinforced side bars. It just needs to be treated to matches the garden fence and all done. Andy and Harvey (our foster brat) like it anyhow. And Andy did do a couple of turns on one screw but was moaning about the nahdle on the screw driver being slippery so l took over...and l have also got lovely thumb blister....but l have to admit am chuffed with my efforts.

Well, someone has to suffer all that sunshine.......
If its any consolation, it was a balmy 20º in Betteshanger today......
