I actually posted this after seeing the photos of ShitZZ spread in Thailand. Me being in Australia i thought it would be fun to share a take on a Aussie love of pies.
I put the same picture on the Australia thread.
I know lots are not looking at the Australia thread thats why i put it on here.

One of the Strelitzia Reginae is getting going earlier than expected this year.

Well, it’s a strange start to the year - not only are they coming into bloom early, we also have a double header which I’ve not seen before.

And despite dividing this plant during the summer to give eldest daughter a good mature example, it’s recovered well enough to throw up an additional four flower spikes (just visible at the bottom of the photo).

The other Strelitzia at the northern end of our ‘conservatory in the sky’ has never produced anything until early March before, and that is also getting going, as are some of the other Southern Hemisphere plants.

We start the day checking our friends apartment

Then walking up to Senija cross.

I took this because Janie had a call from a German family that wanted to book a return stay at our apartment, Janie said she could send the booking confirmation now as she's in the office.
When it was all sorted she sent this photo, she can't wait to get back to Spain now. Bob.
