I chose today's walk starting at Castell de Castells, uphill climb of 400m nearly killed me.

Today's walk / scrabbling to the top of our local mountain Montgo, the last time we went up there I tripped and ended up with eleven stitches in my hand, no problems today but it was a mad fools and Englishman day, far too hot and no shade.
So you make your own, next time a knot in each corner is needed.

Today's walk was Gata de Gorgos an old Spanish town known for the big gorge that runs through it taking water from the mountains down to Javea and out to sea, also know for making guitars and wicker baskets.

Montgo in the distance, where we was a few days ago.

I changed this photo as you couldn't see how big these rocks are in the river bed, a few years ago when it was in flood 3 men in a boat rode down to Javea it's on YouTube somewhere quite incredible when you see what's in this river.
