All this walking that Janie is getting you to do Bob... is she trying to kill you off mate...Today's walk / scrabbling to the top of our local mountain Montgo, the last time we went up there I tripped and ended up with eleven stitches in my hand, no problems today but it was a mad fools and Englishman day, far too hot and no shade.
So you make your own, next time a knot in each corner is needed.
