And you let a free dinner walk on by....?This was the only thing that didn't keep a safe distance on our walk today. View attachment 371592View attachment 371594
After walking with us for a while, it seemed to want a fight so it was lucky not to be dinner . Probably a nest nearby, so he will be needed more by them. And you let a free dinner walk on by....?
I thought it was a woodland version of The ScreamOn a walk from home yesterday I came across a big tree which had come down in the gales a few weeks. I think the person who cleared it needs a new chain saw sharpening file.

Mrs DBK definitely needs more practice John and I strongly suggest she sends one or two down here for me to give them a right going over and of course give feed back on their cornishness (is there such a word?) but i might have to sample quite a few before I can get a measured review of them....?One of Mrs DBK's home made Cornish pasties. She used the recipe from the book written by the Hidden Hut which was nice but you need to use a little more water than the recipe says as the pastry was a bit dry and tended to break as she was making them. The recipe does say to add more water but judging how much seems tricky. More practice required! Yummy.

I'm sure they can but here's a vegan recipe I found which sounds tasty...... Can she make them with veggie mince too?
Just asking, like.
